The Swansea City defender will line up against Scunthorpe tomorrow after they lost their manager to Southampton earlier in the week.
And while many predicted a struggle for the Iron – they immediately hit back with a 4-0 win at Sheffield United that raised more than one eyebrow during the midweek matches.
And they will look to build on that at the Liberty tomorrow as the Swans look to extend their perfect home record to 12 points from 12.
"They've lost their manager but they've still managed to get a great result at Sheffield United, so we don't know what to expect," the Swansea defender told the Evening Post.
"It's difficult preparing to play against a team that hasn't got a manager because you don't know if the team will change around or the tactics will change around.
"We have got a perfect record at home and we want to maintain that," Williams added.
"We have played very well at home and teams are finding it difficult to deal with us at the Liberty.
"Scunthorpe might change things around, but we are at home and they will have to deal with our style.
"In the years I have been here, we have outplayed every team we have played at home.
"It's important that we keep turning out those kind of performances.
"They have picked up some good wins on the road already
"They won at Reading as well at Sheffield United, and that's not an easy place to get a result."
