Davies saw his side extend their unbeaten home run to 22 games but this was their first maximum of the season and continued the Swans horrendous away league form – eight straight defeats and no wins in nine on the road.
“There’s no doubt that Swansea are one of the better passing and possession teams in the division and they make life difficult.” he told the Forest official website
“We’ve worked extremely hard over the last couple of days on playing against them because we know how well they move the ball and know they have got some excellent players in their side.
“It’s a very good three points and a very good performance.
“I thought the players again gave us every ounce of effort and I can ask no more of this group because they are giving us everything.
“We scored excellent goals. I’m disappointed with the goal we conceded and disappointed we didn’t get another clean sheet.
“But all in all, it was a very good win against a very good side.”
