Eriksson – Swansea Are The Best

The Leicester City manager was speaking after his side were beaten 2-0 at the Liberty Stadium and he believes the Swans are the best team he has seen so far.

Speaking on the official Leicester website, Eriksson said “It was very difficult. Swansea played very well and in the first half they created a lot of problems for us.

“We couldn’t keep the ball, they were very aggressive and we had to run a lot because they pushed us.

“At the end, we came back very well and fought to the last minute toย get an equaliser, but it finished 2-0. So far they are the best team I have seen in this division. We came back into it and tried very hard but…not today.”

“Curtis Davies took a hamstring injury, our captain picked up a strain.

“The club has a good future, a bright future and of course we have to play better than we did in the first-half, but life doesn’t finish today. We have to go on working hard and try to do better next time.”
