3rd placed Swansea travel to 2nd placed Cardiff in what has been billed as the biggest derby of all time as both sides chase a place amongst the game’s elite.
And 11 goal Sinclair is excited to be part of the build up to such a big game after experiencing most of the same at Chelsea from the sidelines.
โAt Chelsea, every game is huge,โ Sinclair told Wales on Sunday. โThere has been a big build-up to the game but itโs like that every week at Chelsea because every game is a big occasion. We were treated like the other sideโs cup final.
โThe difference this time is that Iโm involved. Iโve had a taste before being on the bench or involved in the squads. Now I know Iโm very much a part of things.
โIโm getting used to having two men on me. Iโm starting to come up with different movements and different game plans, so when it happens I can still get on the ball and run at those defenders.
โMaybe because Cardiff have got a lot of attacking players, there might be more space for me.
โBut if thereโs not, then it will free more space for others.
โThe success weโve had this season has been more about us playing the way we have as a team rather than what individuals have done.
โIโm doing well and Iโm happy with my progress, but itโs still very much about the team. If you look at my goals they are pretty much all team goals.
โEven though itโs me getting on the scoresheet itโs about what weโre doing as a collective that counts.โ
