Swansea City’s bargain buy of the summer netted twice within five minutes against Crystal Palace on Saturday taking his tally of goals for the season to 16.
And his next landmark is twenty goals although you have to suspect he would like to get beyond that figure with the Swans pushing for promotion to the Premier League.
Speaking to the Western Mail Scott said โIโm not far away (from 20 goals) now, if I can keep playing well then hopefully I will reach it
โIโve still got a lot to give. Iโm happy with my goals but it comes from playing in a great team.
โThey are supplying me with the chances to score the goals and if I can keep working hard then hopefully I can keep scoring goals and the team can move up the table.
โItโs the first time Iโve ever had two penalties in five minutes and Iโm pleased they went in,โ admitted Bath-born Sinclair.
โIf Iโm taking the penalties then Iโve got to be very confident.
โIt was tight in the first half but thatโs where Iโve got to come up with different game plans.
โWe put together a nice one-two and then led to the opening goal for Prats.
โSometimes youโve got to change your normal performance to come up with different things so itโs not easy for them.
โIโll keep working hard to try and get a few more goals.โ
