Scotland – From Wigan To Swansea Via Ipswich?

Scotland is rumoured to be considering a move back to Swansea City after current club, Ipswich Town, sealed a move for Jimmy Bullard under new manager Paul Jewell.

Scotland moved to Portman Road earlier this season after failing to make any real impact at Wigan under former manager Roberto Martinez.ย  But a recent change of manager at the Tractor Boys – Roy Keane was sacked and replaced by Paul Jewell – is rumoured to have left him out of favour and ready to take on a third.

Scotland has scored 7 Championship goals for Ipswich this season in his 19 starts after managing just 1 in the Premier League under Martinez.

That was in complete contrast to two hugely successful seasons at Swansea where he grabbed a hugely impressive 45 goals in 82 league appearances making him one of the most prolific strikers over that period.

Nothing has been confirmed at present from either club but a move for Scotland who has been proven to work within our formation would be strongly welcomed at Swansea and strengthen our chances of promotion to the Premier League.
