It has been four times that the Swansea City striker has lined up against Middlesbrough and to date he has five goals to his tally in those games.
So a trip to the Riverside may not have come at a better time for the striker who has yet to break his duck since his move to the Liberty from West Brom.
That run of goals also included his only Premier League hat trick and he told the Western Mail โMiddlesbroughโs been a good place for me over the years
โI donโt know why I just seem to like playing up there.
โFor any player to score a hat-trick in the Premier League puts you into the record books and it was good to get one when I was young. It was a big thing.
โI scored a left-foot goal and two right-foot goals. I remember them clearly, but I remember every goal I scored.
โYou always remember your goals.
โThereโs no pressure at all,โ insists Moore.
โSometimes when you play one up front you know there are going to be a few games where all the chances might fall to a midfielder.
โSometimes you can be a bit of a sacrificial lamb, but Iโm sure with this team the chances are going to come.
โItโs not an issue.
โAs a team we go out there to win the game and if I score or Darren Pratley scores, we will all be happy because we are going to do this as a team.
โOur team is very good. We keep the ball well and for us itโs a matter of still gelling with each other to see whatโs best for me and the team.
โThereโs no problems with that.
โQPR had a massive win at Reading, but itโs still all to play for,โ added Moore.
โHaving Neil Warnock is massive because heโs been there and done it. They are looking pretty strong, but you never know.
โItโs more open this year than last year.
โA lot of teams can step out of the pack. At the moment itโs like everyone is jockeying for position.
โWhoever goes on a run now, thereโs automatic and promotion places up for grabs.
โYou could drop out of the play-offs, the worst case scenario, or you could make it to the top two.
โWeโve just got to put it together.
โItโs going to be a very hard game because Middlesbrough have got one of the best squads in the league and they will probably think they should be a lot higher than they actually are.
โTheyโve got very good players so nothing is going to some easy on Saturday.โ
Moore was replaced in the second half of last week’s defeat to Cardiff but he will be fit and ready to go on Saturday – โIโm OK now. I had a bit of dizziness and double vision, but thatโs derbies for you.
โI donโt know who did it but I was running around with double vision for about 15 minutes so I had to tell the bench to take me off.
โObviously itโs not ideal for us that we didnโt win, but we have to keep our heads up and keep going.
โItโs about winning games in this league to take you places, drawing games donโt really take you places.
โWe know what our target is and we need to try and win as many games as we can.
โItโs hard for the city to take, but thatโs football and you have to move on because there is a bigger target.
โIโm sure we can put it behind us. We did it after Leyton Orient and we will be looking to do it again.โ
