Pearson – The Result Could Have Been Better

The Hull City manager saw his side fight back to take a point against Swansea City and said after the game "It's a good result but it could have been better

"We had two free headers from set-plays, a one-on-one and the keeper's made some good saves.

"It would have been a little bit unfair on them but my players are a bit down that they've not taken the chances.

"You've also got to recognise Swansea had only conceded nine goals at home all season and they've had a fantastic year.

"It's not an easy place to come and we've had to work very hard to stay in the game.

"We've worked very hard to win it towards the end but it's one of those things. It would be ungracious of me to suggest we should have won it."
