Swans fans will have the chance to welcome home their Wembley heroes tomorrow (Tuesday) night with an open-top bus victory parade through the city.
Having secured promotion to the Premier League with victory over Reading at Wembley, thousands of fans are expected to turn out to welcome home and congratulate Brendan and the boys.
The open-top bus parade will kick off from the Swans' old home at the Vetch Field at 6.30pm and finish with a civic reception at the city's Guildhall later in the evening.
From its starting point in Glamorgan Street next to the Vetch Field, the bus will make its way to Westway. It will then move up to the junction with Kingsway and St Helen's Road and take a left along St Helen's Road to Guildhall.
Fans can line the route and congregate on the rotunda in front of the Guildhall to congratulate Garry Monk and Co.
There will be road closures along the route on a rolling basis so roads can be re-opened as soon as the procession has passed to minimise inconvenience to residents and traffic.
Stewards will be on hand to marshal fans and ensure their safety during the procession. St John's Ambulance first aiders will also be on hand.
On behalf of everyone at Swansea City Football Club, thank you for your fantastic support this season. See you in the Premier League.
