Rodgers Hopeful On Vorm Capture

Brendan Rodgers is hopeful that the Swans can seal the deal to bring Michel Vorm to the Liberty

The Swans have had a fee of £1.5m agreed for the keeper and now it is down to the club and keeper to agree personal terms and give Vorm the chance to play in the Premier League.

Rodgers said “If we can get the deal done, Michel will be a great signing for this club

“It says it all about where we are now that we can attract a player of his calibre, and hopefully we can agree personal terms.

“He will suit our style. He has great speed, great footwork, his agility is very good and his game management is good.

“That’s important for us, and that is why we have taken our time to find the right keeper.”
