Danny Graham believes that the Swans have what it takes to create a shock against Man City on Sunday

The Swans welcome the league leaders to the Liberty on Sunday looking to add another result against a top side to their home results this season.

A win against Arsenal and draws against Tottenham and Chelsea have made part of an impressive home record this season with only Man Utd and Norwich leaving the Liberty with three points in their pocket.

And now it is the turn of Manchester City to see if they can take the points away with manager Roberto Mancini targetting 10 wins from their 11 games as they seek a first Premier League title.

“We’ve had some top results against big teams at the Liberty this season,” Graham told the Western Mail.

“So I don’t see why we couldn’t do it again.

“It’s going to be a tough game and a good challenge – but they won’t find it easy either and that’s a credit to the lads here.

“We have played really well against all of the top teams. We managed to beat Arsenal and picked up draws against Chelsea, Tottenham and Liverpool, so we will go into this game with belief.

“I’m sure City will view it as a tough game but we will give as good as we get.

“We went there on the opening week and we were superb for an hour.

“Then they introduced £35 million worth of talent and it changed the game.

“But we’re a different team from then. We have grown in confidence and results have proved that.

“We are a much stronger outfit than we were at the start of the season. We’ll give them a good game.”

Graham also knows that strong individual performances could thrust him into the frame for Euro 2012 action with England

“If I get selected, I get selected; I’m concentrating on Swansea, getting points and away from the relegation zone,” said the Gateshead-born Swan.

“But I do believe the England call can still come. If you look at the English goalscorers in the Premier League I’m right up there behind Wayne Rooney.

“Grant Holt has also done well so there is a lot of competition.

“But I will continue to keep improving, training hard and see where it takes me.

“And I know scoring against Man City will give me a boost in that respect.

“To be playing against top quality defenders and scoring goals will be a massive boost for my confidence.

“I will keep working hard, improving my game and keep doing well for Swansea and hopefully that England call will come.

“But as I say, the most important thing is picking up results and to away from home to Wigan, go 2-0 up and defend like we did for the last half-hour with ten men was brilliant.

“It gave us all a real boost and it’s filled us with a lot of confidence going into the Manchester City game.”
