Huw Jenkins says that the Swans will do all they can to make sure Brendan Rodgers is here next season
With Rodgers favourite to be voted as LMA manager of the year shortly demand for his services is high and he has also been instilled as favourite to move to Spurs should Harry Redknapp take the England job.
“I understand it.
“Brendan’s done really well coming into the Premier League and the way football is there could be three, four, five jobs coming up in the summer and you never know.
“Obviously things like that are going to be touted about, but we’ll do all we can to make sure Brendan stays with us.
“We fully also appreciate some of these clubs are going to be looking for managers and perhaps – hopefully not now, but in the future – Brendan may think the time will be right to move to a club in the Champions League.
“But I think that’s a while off yet – let’s concentrate on what he does for us over the next few years.”
