The draw was made after last night’s second round games and pits the Swans against the Blues as they look to start a journey that last season ended with a 5-0 win in the final over Bradford at Wembley.
Elsewhere in the draw there were five all Premier League ties – including Liverpool v Man Utd and all ties will be played on either 24 or 25 September.
