Figures shown today on Twitter by Jake Cohen, a journalist in Boston showed that not only were the Swans fourth in the table but the South Wales derby – Garry Monk’s first game in charge of Swansea – was the 6th highest viewing figures of the Premier League in the past few years
Cohen believes that some of the popularity is down to Swansea getting ‘free to air’ games as opposed to those on subscription but nonetheless it makes for interesting reading when you consider the five teams around us that make up the Top 6
