Can The Swans Really Upset The Odds?

We are now entering our 5th season in the Premier League and have continually upset the bigger teams in the division over the previous four against the odds of the bookies and the predictions of the experts.

This season then we will test the odds over the course of the season and see if can end the season in profit and if so by how much.

So how will it work?

Each week ahead of our next Premier League fixture we will stake ร‚ยฃ1 on each of the following separate bets

1. The Swans to win their next match
2. The correct scoreline that is currently the most popular in our prediction league
3. Backing the first goalscorer in the next game to be the most popular one being selected in our Prediction League game for that match

Of course they are not big stakes but this is just aimed to be a bit of fun and to see over the course of the season whether the Swans really do beat the odds over the Premier League season.

Prior to each game we will publish the bets that have been placed for the upcoming fixture and at the end of each game the running total on where we stand.

So let’s get started with this weekend’s bets (all bets placed with Betway)

Let’s see how we get on when the season starts on Saturday

Swansea City: Andy Coleman has much to answer for right now
