Swansea 2 Newcastle 0 – Player Twitter Reactions

Goals from Bafetimbi Gomis and Andre Ayew, both grabbing their second goals of the season, were enough to give the Swans a win against 10 man Newcastle and in truth the game was even easier than the scoreline suggested.

The Swans were professional from start to finish and were always in control of the game from the moment that Gomis finished off Shelvey’s perfect through ball inside ten minutes.

The visitors had no response to the excellent Swans who got their first three points of the season and started their home campaign in perfect fashion.

So it is little wonder that players and management were as happy as you read below
