How Will We Get On Against Sunderland?

The key to last week’s preparation was to build on our excellent opening day performance at Chelsea and we did that with some ease thanks to our 2-0 win over Newcastle.

Goals from Bafetimbi Gomis and Andre Ayew – both on target for the second week running – gave us the three points but it was even easier than the scoreline suggested as the Swans controlled the game from start to finish against a very poor Newcastle side.

And the key of course to this week is to build on those two performance against a side who has started the season terribly with back to back defeats and poor performances to boot. They were booed off by their own fans last Saturday and we can hope for more of the same this time around and pile the pressure on the whole club.

The Swans of course cannot afford to be complacent but we say that every week and know that Garry is comprehensive enough to ensure that it does not happen and he will prepare his side with the same detail that he would have done for both Chelsea and Newcastle.

There should be no reason why we don’t come back from Sunderland with all three points on Saturday based on the evidence of the season to date but how do you see the game going? Cast your vote below
