Williams and Taylor will take their places in the Wales squad as we look to qualify for the final stages of a tournament for the first time since 1958.
Wales visit Bosnia-Herzegovina (Oct 10) and host Andorra (Oct 13) as they look for the one point that they need to secure that qualification and both Swans stars are expected to start both games as Chris Coleman aims to finish the job they have done so well over the last twelve months.
Meanwhile, Jonjo Shelvey retains his place in the England squad after winning it back last month and he is also expected to feature in the team that that hosts Estonia (Oct 9) before travelling to Lithuania (Oct 12). ]
There is no place though for Jack Cork who was being tipped for a call up to the international squad but he missed out this time around.
