Ayew Withdraws From Ghana Squad

Reports from Ghana suggest that the withdrawal is down to a knock he got in Sunday’s 2-2 draw with Spurs at the Liberty and the player does not want to cross the Atlantic to play in the game.

Ghanasoccernet report that he ‘felt pains after the match’ and has stayed in Swansea as a ‘precautionary measure’ in order to get fit for the Premier League matches against Stoke, Aston Villa and Arsenal later this month.
