Williams will lead Wales into Euro 2016 this evening against Slovakia and will do so on the back of another talk from Coleman who is the first Welsh manager since 1958 to lead his country to a major tournament final stages.
Coleman took over the Welsh job after the tragic death of Gary Speed in 2011 and has fought through many challenges to get himself to this stage of his career and tonight it will be the moment that Welsh fans have waited so long for.
Speaking ahead of the clash with Slovakia, Williams said รขโฌลBy the time you leave the changing room door you are ready to go into battle.
รขโฌลHe is good รขโฌโ he is emotional. If we are not doing the job he is quite calm about it but most of the other times, if we are doing well, he is quite emotional.
รขโฌลHe is a good motivator, that is the main thing. He sets up the scene, whether it is the meeting in the hotel on the day of the game or the one just before we go out, his meetings are very good.”
