Unbelievable scenes at the Hawthorns as the Swans came back from 2-1 down to beat West Brom thanks to substitute duo Olivier Ntcham and Michael Obafemi.

The Swans were a goal up early on thanks to Matty Sorinola’s chest from a corner before West Brom responded after some horrific defending to lead 2-1.

Olivier Ntcham responded to level before Steven Benda saved a spot kick to keep the scores level. Obafemi then head the last say as he swivelled inside the box to win the game.
