Reading v Swansea City – Cooper, Allen and Sorinola in for Swans

The Swans are at the Select Car Leasing Stadium this afternoon for the latest of their Championship matches as they look to build on a league position that sees them 15th after the Boxing Day games.

Such is the close nature of the division though, three points could see us level with the play off positions at the end of the game and that is clearly the aim for the side today.

Oli Cooper and Matty Sorinola both start for the Swans as they go in search of a first league win in eight whilst their remains no starting spot for Michael Obafemi or Jamie Paterson, the latter though is on the bench.

Predictably Andy Carroll starts for the home side against a side that he always seems to score against as the Royals themselves search three points that will also move them in touch of the play off positions once again.

The game at the Select Car Leasing Stadium kicks off at 5.15pm and is live on Sky Sports.
