anyway…. first half, my opinion, becaues at last i can make one..having seen a game Northmpton started off the stronger and looked good, many shots on target which one or two shoud have resulted in a goal, but it was Swansea who took the lead with a neat finsh from Watkin.. Price was looking dangerous occasionally and Bird was havinhg a tough time from the N’ton defence (no disresepect to Bird cos I think he can be good and battled well tonght, but why was Boyd not out there.) (hey maybe JH, has been reading teh pro Tony Bird notes on this mailing list)Second half was a great performance and resulted in some great finsihing, The Coates goal was a great interception and finish quite out of the blue, Thomas’s goal was a bit out of a scramble, but again nice finsh, and Birdy’s goal was deserved in my opinion. With respect the Northampton goal was pretty neat and certainly got me worried until we got the 3rd fron M.Thomas…. oh wow… 4-1 what a great result, more to come as i think of it
WOW indeed..!!!!
