Smith Out For While

Reports that Jason Smith may be almost back to full fitness appear to be exaggerated after a source close to Jason confirmed that his recent operation was not as much of a success as the Swans had first thought and it may be some time before he is back to full fitness.
Smudger, who has been the subject of speculation regards a move to Cambridge had hoped to be back for the Exeter game next weekend but now may be back to square one with his injury which could leave him out of the side for quite a while.
News of this setback is not just bad news for the playing side at the moment but also potentially for some of the other players in the squad who could demand a decent transfer fee should the right club come along.
