Swansea City fought hard to comeback in the second half but despite numerous chances couldn’t do enough to earn a result against a Russell Martin led Southampton side.

Three first half goals from the Saints in a dominant display was enough to earn Martin’s men a 21st consecutive game unbeaten but Luke Williams can take encouragement from the second half.

Jerry Yates hit the woodwork as did Jamie Paterson whilst Charlie Patino and Yannick Bolasie missed glorious chances.
