What a monumental miscarriage this will be if it turns out she didn’t do it.

Truly horrific if it turns out she didn't do it.

Can't imagine what the families must be going through.
Absolutely mate.

I thought the judicial system had long since moved on from these types of cases.

You'd like to think the evidence was nailed on in this type of situation.

If it turns out she is innocent then people need to be help accountable.

The fact there is any doubt is also scandalous.

This truly an awful situation for everyone involved. I was watching the report on Sky news, shocking. The missus has said for a long time that it didnt feel right. Anyways that is for others to decide, sad situation all round.

I’m not surprised by this, as per my posts in the original thread. I’m not saying she’s innocent but at least she hasn’t gone through the meat grinder yet.

I went looking for previous threads but couldn’t find anything.

Have we binned them off, mods?

Fair play to David Davies for his persistence and insistence that the Crown's interpretation of the statistical evidence was flawed.

I don't know if she is innocent or guilty, but I do know that after her trial she would have been hanged if we still had the Death Penalty. I do remember people saying that hanging was too good for her.

It would be convenient for the NHS if Letby were the scapegoat to cover their own systemic failures.

Well I do not support the death penalty in general for precisely the reasons the Letby case highlights.
The evidence would have to be absolutely cast iron to persuade me otherwise. The Southport murders would be just such a case for me
