We have today (22nd April) confirmed the closure of JackArmy.net on 31st May. Our reasons are varied but after a twenty-five year stint at the heart of the online Swansea City community, the time is right for us to bow out.

One of the silver linings from performances like last Saturday at Ipswich is they must reduce the risk of Matos being poached in the short term. Let’s face it, we are not ready for the play-offs, so I can cope with mid-table mediocrity if it means we keep our manager for a bit longer.- cadleigh

I hate Stoke. Their supporters always tipped us for relegation every season when we were in the Premier League. And they play horrible football. I think it may be because key players are knackered. Matos needs to do a lot of work on fitness when the season ends. We need to be able to maintain a high press when it is appropriate, and we need to be able to cope with other teams doing the same. Ipswich and Bristol City both did that and we...- cadleigh

I think that’s a fair summary of the gap in class between the two teams, especially up front. Referee was poor (again). But we are currently less than the sum of our parts, IMO.
