Started today in India and Sri Lanka. We seem to have one of these every few months these days.

Pakistan beat the Netherlands
Windies beat Scotland
India had a scare against the USA but won comfortably in the end.

Bangladesh got chucked out after refusing to travel to India and being denied the right that Pakistan have to play all their games in Sri Lanka. Scotland replaced them.

Pakistan decided not to pull out in solidarity with Bangladesh but are refusing to play the game against India scheduled for next weekend. If they go through with that it’ll cost the ICC a fortune. The ICC is a disgrace and a shambles, frankly.

England start tomorrow at 9.30am against the mighty Nepal. Who actually aren’t as hopeless as you might think. Most of the associate teams are packed with ringers from test playing nations.

A missed opportunity for Nepal. England can count themselves as very lucky.

England up against it again, needing 197 to win. Take Rashid out of the bowling attack and we look pretty weak.

Just seen the scorecard from South Africa v Afghanistan! Looks like an incredible game
Never seen two super over in an international game before. And Afghanistan very nearly pulled off the four sixes from four balls miracle. But they blew their chance to win that game not once but twice. Their heads went and snatches defeat from the jaws of victory. Twice.

Could/should have won both games against NZ & SA, but now pretty much out of the competition after 2 matches. Gutter!

Wow, just saw this. To think that England just about beat Nepal . Interesting times ahead!

We have the first big shock of the tournament. A huge win for Zimbabwe over the Oz.
We may still end up with the top 8 ranked sides qualifying but this is the best format I've seen for a T20/ODI tournament for a long time (not that the times have been conducive to watching much of it during the week sadly!)
