Anyone gone early yet and got theirs up?

I was trying to see if I could put my decs up before I'd have to put the central heating on. But I crumbled last night and stuck the heating on.

Couple of weeks before Christmas day for us. Can't believe it's so close, where the heck has this year gone.

Ours went up last Saturday. I thought she was joking when she said it, but evidently not. I was outside grilling on the BBQ and when I came in the tree was up.

We’re normally first weekend of December. In her defence she was trying to cheer the kids up as they have been a bit down in recent weeks. It helped in that respect.

Ours will go up the weekend before Christmas and they’ll be down on New Year’s Eve.
