All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.
Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.
It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.
The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.
Thank you though for all the memories

I bought the Three Colours Dark CD "The Science of Goodbye" when it came out in April and it was a frequent listen of mine during lockdown or should I say, the first lockdown, especially when I went out for my one allowed walk each day. Jon & Rach are both from Swansea and Jon still lives in Killay. I've met him a number of times, mostly at gigs with his regular band, Panic Room, and I frequently converse with both of them on FB. When I first joined PlanetSwans or whatever it was called back in 2002 or thereabouts, I chose the username Karnataka as I was a big fan of the band at that time and liked the sound of the word. The original Karnataka lineup with Jon & Rach in broke up in 2005 and this is first time they have worked together since but the band Karnataka does still exist and has gone through several lineup changes since. So that's the back story!
