Location
A garage in Canoga Park
Considering you have to drive up a ramp to get into the petrol station this is incredible.

I was on westbound M4 at about 6pm last night, have never seen surface water like that before. The drains must be blocked on the stretch between BF flyover and the Neath junction.

I tell you what, NPTC should pay any householders and business for any damage caused. Happens nearly every autumn for a good while now. Cutting back on cleaning the drains, they are all chocked full of leaves, sticks etc. Ynysmaerdy Road, alongside the rugby club / cemetery, every single drain is blocked along there. They gamble every year on it not flooding, to save themselves a few bob.

Councils don't clear up after cutting edges etc......then this debris blocks waterways.
There's loads of evidence.

It's a perfect storm, if you'll pardon the pun. The leaves are falling off the trees and had probably blocked a significant number of drains. The roads in and around Swansea just couldn't cope with the amount of run off.
