Sir James Paul McCartney (born 18 June 1942)
He could write a tune!

I saw him once and if you look closely you might spot me in the crowd.
Have a smasher Macca.

I spotted you 😉 Thanks for posting this clip, the guitarist is Hamish Stuart. The blond one who took over from Paul on bass on Hey Jude.

Who played with The Average White Band and has been to Swansea Jazz Club on many occasions. Really nice guy. He came as a member of the 360 Band and his own band The Hamish Stuart Band. When starting out he played in a band called (believe it or not) The Dream Police.

I'm a bit too young for the Beatles (born late 1958) although I do like a lot of the early stuff. "If I fell" is a superb song and would be in my top 10 of all time.

As for Macca, I loved the single "Another Day" which I think was his first release after the Beatles broke up. However I think the rest of his stuff including with Wings is just mind numbingly bland. I don't get the love for him I'm afraid.
