    All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

    Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

    It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

    The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

    Thank you though for all the memories

Thread on the other site saying that he has passed away, can anyone confirm as it seems like just a rumour at the moment.
 
Jesus I hope not. Whilst on the other side, used to make me laugh a lot. Always enjoyed his posts. Hope yer ok pal.

Regarding the thread on the other site how can you tell where an email has been sent from and how can’t you reply to an email sent to you?
Serious question because it’s bugging me.

Tracking software but anonymous email perhaps. Seems a bit bizarre to go to the lengths of sending an anonymous email but there are always reasons. Hope it is fake otherwise thank you and RIP Highjack.
 
Was he not a mechanic who had helped some people out? May have recollected that incorrectly.

There are ways of finding the ip address of the e mail sender, so you can then find the approx location, not replying? unless sent from a business no reply addy??
 
Just for the record Highjack once told me he was from the Caewern area of Neath.
He knew one of my old mates a big Cardiff fan mention in one of the Soul Crew books known as Brian The Brain real name Steve Lovett.
