What’s wrong with the one you’ve already got Benji?

It’s difficult to explain, I just find it a soulless place with poor acoustics. Always a massive queue for a overpriced bar serving Shiite beer. One or two bands have managed to rise above the place I’ve seen, Radiohead, massive attack in 99, The Specials and possibly SFA. I’m more a smaller venue type person I guess, like the point or the coal exchange, both of which have sadly gone now....

Next grand plan is to uncover the canals, like on Churchill way.....

Whether it’s Cardiff or Swansea, I like to see new developments.

It means jobs during construction and during the lifetime of the particular development.

There is thought a percentage of people in Swansea who hate seeing the city improve, whether it’s the now redundant tidal lagoon, new theatre or basically anything.
