Some lovely friends took us out for a slap up lunch earlier,the grub was magnificent.
For dessert we had Rice Pudding with Dehydrated Beetroot,it was superb

Why not beetroot ? you can have pease pudding, then there's carrot cake and after the main meal someone always asks if you'd like a swede?
