The way Surrey police rammed that calf over the weekend. Surely they could have brought in a marksman to shoot it instead of they felt the risk was too high.
I saw that, absolutely disgusting, it's a bloody cow at the end of the day, not a lion or bear. I would think the worst that could happened is the cow causing property damage,The way Surrey police rammed that calf over the weekend. There’s no way I could have done that if I were the copper driving that car, they’d have had to sack me.I saw that, absolutely disgusting, it's a bloody cow at the end of the day, not a lion or bear. I would think the worst that could happened is the cow causing property damage,
Yeah, I suppose some people may call it an error of judgement, put in that situation, I don't know what I would do, hopefully I would never do that, same as a loose horse really running amok, hitting it with a car to stop it, would be the last thing on my mind. There’s no way I could have done that if I were the copper driving that car, they’d have had to sack me.
I could understand if there was an immediate danger to life, like an out of control XL bully on a high street, but not a young cow. Not for me.
I must say, that did cross my mind, when I first saw the video of the car hitting the animal, but being a meat eater, any videos come on of the slaughtering of animals, I will turn off immediately, watched them once many years ago, and that was enough.Do you think slicing it's throat is more humane.. because that's what happens anyway
