I'm after some info on my missus's grandfather.
He was involved in a few wars and luckily survived.
Is there any way you can obtain them if they've been lost?

I don't think you can get official replacements but you should be able to get duplicates from a medal dealer who can manufacture them.

You got all the details you need? I've got an ancestry subscription if you want any searching done. Just PM me what you know and I will be on the hunt.

I am not sure but I think there is a place in Worcester way that can supply replacement medals.

I have the link saved somewhere!!!

Try either of these mate: 01253 338898, 0800 085 3600, 0808 1914 2 18

They're all to do with SPVA(Service Personnel and Veterans Advice) and/or JPAC
(Joint Personnel Administration Centre)

I'm sure one of those will point you in the right direction 👍

Could they help advise on getting someone's service record also?

You can only get a replacement medal from the MOD if it has been stolen or destroyed, but these medals must be after WW1.

If you're replacing them yourself, then Award Medals are excellent -

The British Legion use Award Medals for their member's medal replacements.

Worcester Medals are also excellent
