Boyd out for 5 weeks?

Initially it was thought he might just miss the start of the season Wigan clash and at worst the forthcoming Brentford game. The injury to his foot could see him not make a return until the away fixture @ Reading on the 23rd of September. The big problem with this injury is the obvious lack of strikers at the club at the moment, it means were left with 1 recognised striker and 2 wannabe’s but Mutton certainly gave himself a push for recognition after a good performance after coming on a sub on Saturday. Boyd is also set to play numerous World Cup quailifiers for his home country, and will miss a month in the squad anyway, previous to this set back.
