Wrexham vs Swans 20/10/2000 K.O 3.00pm
Predicted Team
Freestone

Price – Smith – Bound – Howard

Roberts – Cusack(c) – Romo – Thomas

Savarese – Watkin

Subs: Jones J, Casey, Boyd, O’Leary, Jenkins
News
With Steve Jones out of reckoning for a month Price will have to play the right back role, leaving the door still open for Stu Roberts to play the wing, he had a difficult game against Swindon being fouled 13 times by their left back alone.

Hopefully Hollins would have noticed the NB’s wishes for Coates to have been dropped, and to replace him with Psycho Thomas!

This will be the first time Romo & Savarese will be available to play an away game and it will be interesting to see how they cope with the differing tactics that we play away from home. Hopefully Romo can produce the 90 min performance that he lacked in the previous 2 games.

All time League & Cup results between Wrexham and Swansea City

Wrexham wins draws Swansea City wins
League 12 6 8
FA Cup 1 0 0
Total 13 6 8

The Swans have always struggled against their Northern Countrymen, as the table above shows, we have the better over Cardiff, and Cardiff do better against Wrexham.

This is Wrexham’s first game @ home in 5, and up until now their home form has been awful, but their recent result have been good, except for the Reading thrashing last Tuesday, so they’ll be up for good result tomorrow.

However they have plenty of injury worries, Brian Carey (knee), Paul Mardon (shoulder), Steve Roberts (ankle) and long-term injury victim Phil Hardy in defence.

Here’s hoping for a great All-Welsh derby game and a good result for the Swans.
