Saturday’s Nightmare

There is no direction in that football team and there is nobody to blame for that bar the manager who is supposed to be there to give them guidance and direction as well as the motivation and pride that wearing the white shirt should give anyone.

Too many players who ‘graced’ that pitch today had no bollocks for the job and were just content to watch what was unfolding around them. This was summed up when FOUR (that’s right, Four) Port Vale players broke against Bound and Roger towards the end and NOT ONE player made the effort to get back to try and stop them.

Price was clearly at fault for the first goal as well as many times in the first half when he was left in attacking positions with no effort to get back. Again I blame John Hollins for this because in Steve Jones he has a right back with ability but he has fucked him up so often he will not be here much longer. He is only under the surgeon at the moment because he wants to get away.

Romo and Savarese were hailed on this list two weeks ago as saviours and both started the game on the bench. Everyone remember the same treatment for Walter Boyd last season? He stayed there until Hamer TOLD Hollins to play him. How long before the same happens again.

Like it or not people we are now involved in a battle against relegartion until next May. The way this team plays football it will not go down fighting, it will just lay back, show the white flag and surrender.

Only one person I heard called for Hollins head today (stand up Ianto!) but it will not be long before many many more do. The calls of ‘What a load of rubbish’ were well justified today and, in my mind, too gentle for the performance.

I am so fugging angry about what I saw this afternoon and the simple fact is, if I had not bought a season ticket back in July, I would question whether I want to return.

Hollins – Sort it out or Fugg off!

I’m glad I got that off my chest
