Speculation Continues

With that opportunity lost and the fans turning against them it’s hardly surprising they’re scuttling out the back door to avoid the angry mob! With the situation obvious for weeks rumours have been flying about the next potential owner of the club.

With the obvious choice self-made Millionaire Martin Morgan denying rumours of any potential purchase the door was left wide open for a new consortium headed by Ex-chairmen Steve Hamer. Many fans want the re-instatement of Hamer but if you look back at his history with the club he’s hardly the “Big Spender” we’ve all been dreaming about is he!

Other contenders that have been mentioned are Ron Noades who considering his exploits with Brentford this season would be worse than 9Th Floor! The very comical Michael Douglas, Catherine Zeta-Jones & George Clooney, the chairman of Southampton fuelling further speculation about our club being a feeder club for the Premiership outfit & in the Wales on Sunday there was the Mystery Man who is from the London area, who is pre-pared to invest the ร‚ยฃ5m he believes is needed to take the Swans into Division One within a three-year time span.

Majority of them are pretty laughable, so far off target in-fact that Paul Raynor could shoot closer and have been made up to just stir interest and sell a few more newspapers. We know what we deserve in a chairperson as there are few clubs that can rival the atmosphere and passion of the Swans supporters in full song so why the hell do we get dragged through the mud with every new owner that comes in?

Even those so-called Cosmopolitan’s down the M4 seem to have finally found themselves an owner which they can feel proud of despite his looney antics! We deserve someone who’s going to make this club profitable but not too frugal that they don’t have the hindsight to see that we’re drastically lacking in quality players for this league.

We also need someone to who has the cash now to buy the club as to be honest if we do go down this season the asking price is going to drop although making the club easier to sell we as supporters don’t want be back in that hell hole do we! P.S. To the ignorant fools who Boo Pricey: Get off JJ’s back! Alright he’s had a mere at the beginning of the year, but he the sort of player who runs on confidence and seems to play better away from home when the fans can’t shout him down.

We need 110% commitment behind all players to stop the rot, so sing your all and let’s get into ’em!
