An investigation into the death of a Swansea City football fan, who was trampled by a Police Horse, has been completed.

Terry Coles, 41, dies following an incident outside Rotherham’s ground in last season’s championship decider.

A file has now been submitted to the Police Complaints Authority and the Crown Prosecution Service.

They will now examine the files and decide whether anyone should face criminal charges for the incident.
