They have asked the Supporters’ Trust to organise this on their behalf.

The Forum will take place on Wednesday April 17th at 7.30 – 9.30pm. The venue is yet to be finalised but following a short introduction, it will be a pure question and answer format. There will be a bar open on the night. This first Fans’ Forum is limited to 100 places. Of these, 40 are reserved for supporter groups and independent Swans activists. And 60 will be drawn by lot.

REMEMBER this is not only open to Trust members – it is for all Swansea supporters. To register your interest simply phone 0797 738 2328 before 10pm on Monday 8th April. The first 60 out of the hat from those applying by this deadline will qualify.

Supporter Representative Leigh Dineen said “The Management Committee have said all along that the Club will be run in a much more open manner than in the past and this is the first step to achieving this. I think there will be some experimentation before we get the format right. If the meeting is too large some important people will get ‘lost’ in the audience; too small, and people will feel excluded.

We’re very grateful to Kevin Johns who has, once again, agreed to compere the evening. There will be no vetting of questions so it should be a lively and entertaining event. We have asked Kevin to keep everything moving along so as many topics as possible can be covered on the night”

The 40 reserved places will be allocated by Foscfa (10 places requested), MAGS (5), Supporters Trust Board (10) with 15 available for those who publish the fanzines and the independent websites, a representative for supporters with disabilities, and others who are active in key aspects of following the Swans.

If you are interested, please phone now and register. If you are a member of Foscfa please also contact Ugo Vallario on 07876133428. MAGS members should also contact Phil Sumbler on 07768507695. Up to 15 other key people will be contacted direct. If you feel you qualify under this heading and have not heard anything by Monday morning please call 0797 738 2328 to let us know.

Tickets will be sent out to the final 100.
