18. Gareth Phillips

Date Of Birth: 18th August 1979
Height: 5’8"
Weight: 9’8
Signed: 9th July 1998
Previous Clubs: None
Swans League Appearances: 61
Swans Cup Appearances: 6
Swans League Goals: 2
Swans Cup Goals: 0

Gareth Phillips scored the first goal of last season when he netted at Macclesfield. He was a regular in the side at the start of the season and earned himself a reputation as the Swans player most likely to get booked. He is a tough tackling midfielder and is a very useful addition to a 3rd division team. My guess is he will not be first choice at the start of the season but we will be likely to see Gaz feature heavily this season.
