The story was featured in the Evening Post on Tuesday this week but no bids were received for the tickets. As a result, JackArmy.net is now opening this up to the fans on the internet who may not get the chance to see the Evening Post to know about the bidding.
To place your bid for the tickets you will need to ring 07768 507695 by 12 noon on Friday at which point the tickets will be available to the highest bidder. The high bidder will then be able to collect their tickets in time for the match with Bournemouth on Saturday.
After ringing the above number you will then be diverted to an answer machine where you are asked to leave your name, contact number and bid details. The highest bidder will be contacted either by myself or the South Wales Evening Post on Friday afternoon with details on where the tickets can be obtained.
These tickets are worth over ร‚ยฃ500 at face value and Mel has paid for them out of his own pocket. The testimonial team and in particular Roger are very grateful to Mel for this generosity and as Roger told me "Mel has always been a great help to me whilst I have been at Swansea. This is a fantastic gesture on his behalf and I hope that the tickets are enough of an attraction to someone to make a generous bid. Swansea fans owe a great debt to Mel Nurse and so do I"
Remember to place your bid, contact 07768 507695 leaving your name, contact details and bid to be in with a chance of winning.
