The Swans return to League One will kick off with a home game against Tranmere Rovers after the fixture lists were announced by the football league today.

The match, which will mark the first league match at White Rock will take place on Saturday August 6 with a 3pm kick off and should attract a near enough capacity crowd to the new stadium.

Following that, the Swans will be faced with two away trips in a week with Colchester the venue on August 9 and Huddersfield on August 13. Nottingham Forest visit on September 24.

Doncaster and Barnsley will be the 2nd and 3rd opponents at White Rock whilst 10th September sees a local fixture at home to Bristol City.

The last home league game of the season sees Southend visit White Rock on 29 April whilst Chesterfield is the last game of the season on 6th May.

Over the holiday periods, the Swans find themselves at Brentford on Boxing Day whilst Gillingham and Port Vale provide the opposition at White Rock on 28th December and 2nd January respectively. Easter sees the Swans at Blackpool on Easter Saturday whilst Rotherham visit White Rock on Easter Monday
