Striker Lee Thorpe was signed in February from Bristol Rovers; Thorpe had more cards than goals last season, but he did manage to oust fellow striker Paul Connor from the starting line up.
Thorpe scored a few vital goals last season, which helped the Swans gain promotion, is also handy in the air and not too bad on the floor. Whether Thorpe will play in many matches next season remains to be seen, it looks like he will just be a good squad player.
