Friday’s referee is Keith Stroud from Dorset, he started refereeing in 1988 and became a football league ref in 2004 and will take charge of his 8th game involving Swansea so far in his career.

Keith Stroud also has Premiership experience, he has officiated in 5 top flight matches this season, in 3 of the last 4 Swansea games he has taken charge of, Mr Stroud has sent off 3 players in his last 3 games – 1 Swansea player (Ijah Anderson) and 2 opposing players – also ironically enough he sent Kenny Jackett to the stands in the League Cup defeat to Reading.
