Kieron Howard was the hero for the Swans as he pounced in the last minute when he got in front of a high ball into the box and beat Erwin Sak to claim the glory for the Swans.

Swansea City tasted success in the final of the FAW Welsh Youth Cup with a last minute victory over rivals Cardiff City at Ninian Park.

The visitors more than held their own throughout and they were rewarded for their patience with a last gasp header from Wales Under-19 midfielder Keiron Howard.

The young Swans were out for revenge following the 4-1 reverse at the hands of the Bluebirds in the 2004 final.
