Victory for the Swans will see a final return of 92 points from 46 games – more than any other club in the division and the league trophy will finally wing its way to the Liberty Stadium. And that is something that Roberto is focusing on as he prepares his side for the final push of what has been a momentous season
"We need to make sure we finish the season on a high," Martinez said.
"They say in football that you are only as good as your last game as a player and it's true.
"We have had a fantastic campaign, but we don't want the boys to go on their holidays with any mixed feelings in their bodies.
"We need to work hard this week and make sure we get a good performance at Brighton for ourselves and for the fans.
"And we know that whatever happens with the Leeds tribunal, we will have our destiny in our own hands.
"If we win, we will finally get the trophy and that's a great position to be in."
The Swans will be backed by their following of 900 on Saturday after all the tickets sold out "The away end will be full, and to finish the season lifting a trophy for them would be fantastic," Martinez added.
"And to get over 90 points, which we would do with a result this weekend, would be a great achievement.
"It will not be easy to do it. Brighton are already building for next season and they showed that with a great win at Bristol Rovers over the weekend."
